Here's what they look like:

Kyla will be taking over video editing for our program and marketing videos. For now, we've trained her on how to use wave.video where she can use branded templates and an extensive stock photo and video library.

 

Need: Colleagues didn't know what TCL is all about. Needed video to improve understanding - hoping will generate a higher response to the survey.

Need: Program learners want shareable credential

Solution: Certopus application set up for shareable certificates

We can now issue verifiable digital certificates, micro-credentials and digital badges.

Need: Quick reference - do we have enough colleagues to make reports relevant?

Solution: New column added to Clients - Internal view and client dashboards
NOTE: you can see the sum of all colleagues for each cohort at the top of the column

Need: Quick reference - how are we doing for registrations?

Solution: New column added with visual representation and percentage of registrations completed.

Note: only applies to upcoming cohorts to inform ops when herding the cats coming up to the first session.
